It looks like the earlier stages of separation to me (my M9, Monochrom and 
S2-P all suffered), later they get flowery rings around some of them like 
post #3 in

Looks like ?dirt? I?ve cleaned off various sensors over the years;

though I?ve not studied the different ?corrosion? evidence images enough say 
with any surety.

Have you attempted cleaning the sensors
to determine if any or all of these spots may move?
