The X-Pro became my compromise. I wanted an EVF, autofocus and a good small 
zoom
and to be able to continue to use my M lenses. It think that it is not
un-Leica-like, but definitely not a Leica. It's unjdoubtedly a compromise, 
but
one I can live with for a while.

I think that many of us would still rather be using our M3s if we could, but 
the
economics make it difficult to realise. I still find I take better/more
satisfying pictures with film than with any digital camera. ;-)
