They make them then leave them outside, I am used to them being wrapped in plastic and stacked, seemingly to rot. There again, not aware of any livestock to eat it in this vineyard and olive tree area..... john -----Original Message----- Steve, I apologize for picking at nits. It is a nice image. Over here, farmers handle those round bales with tractors that have a large spike on a front loader. Did you see anything like that in the neighborhood? Without it, I would think a local farmer would have a hard time stacking the bales. That was the ladder that was there, we found that the local hardware store was all out of their stock of medieval ladders. > > > > steve > > > >> Jim Nichols >> Tullahoma, TN USA >> >> On 9/29/2015 9:41 PM, Steve Barbour wrote: >>>> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/barbour/2015/hay.jpg.html >>>> <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/barbour/2015/hay.jpg.html> >>> >>> >>> M6 Summicron 50 mm film >>> >>> >>> >>> many thanks, >>> >>> >>> Steve >>>
