The link is to one of three images I shot using two CV M mount lenses.

You can down-load the full sized versions if you wish.

I think I need to take the time to ?do this right? whatever that means. I?m
not big into lens testing and I?m not too mobile these days.

My take: contrary to some gushing reviews the A7Rii is not the best camera
for shooting M mount glass on the planet.

BUT It?s better than my M8. Both of these lens don?t work well on the M8,
especially the 15mm which has huge color casts in the magenta at the
periphery making it useless. I can produce examples.

But it?s a lot better than the original A7R. I haven?t tried either lens on
the A7ii yet either.

I was actually surprised they did so well!

The widest Leica glass I have is the 35mm f2.0 aspherical which I?m eager to
try and compare with the Loxia 35mm f2.0.

The Loxia has the advantage on the A7 of automatically zooming in to aid
focus - a feature my aging eyes appreciate.
