Subject: [Leica] Pradovit 253 IR problem

Hi, I just bought a Pradovit 253 IR.
I am having trouble with the slide claw as it is stuck in the projector. I 
hear a clicking sound when I press the forward or back buttons on the 
projector. Something is blocking it internally.
Can anyone help?
