It never fails to amaze me how images created that I think are actually
rather terrible, can sell for so much money...... 

I am happy to think  that I do not share the same sense of "art" as many of
these images represent......

I was surprised to read that the most expensive had a lot of PP work, I gave
it some credence by being a found location ;-)
