Years back (a lot of years back) when there wasn't time for trudging through the dye transfer process making separation negs etc. we would pull out our trusty Cibachrome paper/chemistry. No comparison in quality of course, seems like they always came out red and contrasty, I sorta liked them, others didn't. These Kodachromes remind me of those prints.
