Howard,
I pretty much agree with Jayanand. It is not a tour for locals and most 
say that you can see the same sights at far less cost and more 
convenience by dealing with local tour companies or hiring your own 
drivers and guides. For reviews, see:

You will get great photo opportunities however you visit India.
