I can't look at the photo (blocked) so I'll assume it's the bird, Cygnus 
atratus.  The Black Swan is native to Australia and New Zealand (recently 
reintroduced) so I suspect any you'll see in the wild in the northern 
hemisphere escaped from captivity nearby.
