This is Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas (the Bryan Pergola). About 1992, Schneider 135mm, 4x5 TriX developed in Pyro. There is something off about it but I can't put my finger on it right now, so comments appreciated as always. I accidentally scanned at 4,800 dpi (!) so I'll have to redo anyway.
