Besides watching people in Italy, our favorite thing to do was to eat in
wonderful restaurants.  This one specializes in steaks from the famous
Chianina white cows.  You pick your steak out from the case and they
prepare it as you like.  Notice the wonderful hams hanging in the back.  We
had that for an appetizer, along with fresh wild mushrooms:
