First Blurb books I have bought in a year and it was different to last time.

Books ordered in USD like usual but I got the NZ sales tax of 15% added in 
USD, I can reclaim this (self-employed) but not if it is in a foreign 
currency. I would have thought that if they are adding a local (NZ) tax then 
the invoice should be in that currency?

Not a huge sum, just curious.....
