The guy is shooting at straw men at this point. He knows nothing about the 
reality.

And anyone who starts with "methinks" looses points big time with this 
reader.

Software solutions are just that: digital imaging solutions. Although not 
everything that can be applied in the camera can be applied afterwards, much 
of it can be.

I'll be plenty interested to see the results when I get my hands on these 
puppies.

I'm delighted to hear that Sony instilled sanity into the menu system (from 
the NEX-7's disaster).

And although shooting video won't be a primary objective for me, being able 
to shoot at 1080p60 matters. The idea of intentionally dumbing down a camera 
so it looks like it was shot on a film camera boggles my mind. Now if they 
shot 4K....

The reality of these cameras will be how they make images in the hands of 
people who want to make images first, play with pixels 2nd.

I can  have two of these with money for glass left over for the price of a 
new M.

We'll see how the experience goes.
