Very nice Bald Eagle picture! It meets all the criteria for current 
assignments. It shows action, reflection, and the background is (light) 
blue. You are to be complimented on the catch.


For prospective eagle watchers on the US East Coast, Iona Island, in the 
Hudson River, about 50 miles north of New York City, has been designated a 
breeding ground for bald eagles. There are good elevated viewing points 
where eagles can be seen sweeping down to the water to catch some 
unfortunate fish in their claws. The population has rebounded well after a 
battle with extinction a few years ago.

Here is a new Bald Eagle shot I made a few months ago.? It was taken on the 
Mississippi River from the Iowa side.
