Evidently one of the new features of PSCC is the ability to use ACR as a
filter.  Thank you, Paul!  It seems to tame Kodachrome so much better than
LR or PS Auto controls do.  I don't know why

I'm going to try it on some of my most difficult scans.  I have high hopes!
