Subject: [Leica] Adapter for R lenses for S Camera

Because the back register distance on the S is about 3mm greater than the R,
so they will not focus to infinity without modification. Also the S is a
45mm x 30mm sensor so image circle may not be great enough...

There are example of longer focal lengths being adapted though.

I am very frustrated. I own a lot of wonderful R lenses and wonder why an
adapter can't be developed to use them on the S Leica. I'm probably stupid
for asking this question, but I'm about ready to say goodbye to Leica. Any
thoughts/suggestions?

Jim
