A straight photo, as will be shown in this week's PAW, does not look much 
different to an M9 shot - when in isolation, probably the really vivid blues 
are reduced.

A major difference is contrast and playing with levels. I deliberately 
over-exposed a shot to see what highlight recover is possible, the M9 was 
very limited there and just brought a block of colour in.

This shot has had highlights taken down a few stops, overall exposure down 
slightly and the shadows brought up (LR 4.4) - there are slight colour 
issues to the left of the window....
