Subject: [Leica] IMG: An Everyday Drama

Small dramas play out everyday, unknown to most of us. Occasionally there
is a small article in the local paper. Here are images that I witnessed
today, albeit from a distance.

An accident victim was picked up at the scene of the accident by helicopter,
from what I could surmise from overheard communication messages. He was
transported to the local Lifeflight station where he was met by an ambulance.

He was taken to the waiting ambulance, where the medics worked with him for
some time.

When he was stabilized, he was returned to the helicopter.

The Lifeflight helicopter departed to transport him to the Trauma Center at
Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
