I?ve been following (and then, donating) to this thread on RFF
(Rangefinderforum)

One of the group?s members had much of his professional equipment stolen.
Since it was uninsured, and he without resources, there wasn?t much he
could do other than file a theft report.  However, the members of RFF took
up a collection this evening and more than surpassed the goal for the
camera?they?re well on their way to replacing the second stolen body and
perhaps a lens or two.



It?s nice to see a happy ending for what must have been a miserable
experience.
