I use SilverEfexPro2 for b&w conversions and very occasionally Dfine2
to reduce noise in a particularly troublesome image.  I use them as
plugins to LightRoom.  I wouldn't call my processing practice  a
'workflow' because it doesn't really flow and probably creates too
much work but I stumble along.
