it's looking like you're right. I always thought my M6 was a 0.85, so  
I usually went out with an M7 with 35mm and the M6 with a 50. For a  
few years, I did that.
I heard, howerver, that not all 0.85s are printed on the silver mirror  
of the VF.

I do have the 28 framelines, but only one line of the (cornerless)  
rectangle can be seen at a time.
