There is a new release candidate for Lightroom 4 available now at 
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lightroom4-4/?tabID=details#tabTop

It now supports the Leica M and has improved processing of Fuji X-trans 
files from the Fujifilm X-Pro1 etc.

I have now had time to try it yet, but I have opened a couple of Fujifilm 
files and there seems to be no problems.
