Thanks Philippe, taken on a windless and very hot (+30C, still 26C at 11pm) 
25th Dec - very unusual temp for Wellington!

I am making very good progress thanks, mostly building up strength and 
stamina but I have not exerted myself much to see how I am ;-) Still not 
right though, I have lost all reaction in the knees/elbows to a Rabiner 
Hammer and that still has not returned so still some issues with the 
nerves/muscles but that does not affect daily life....
