A&A bags are one of the few designed for rangefinders IMO

Yes, the "problem" with the D300.... but the D100 is shorter.... still 
taller than the M9, but workable....

I think most are now designed to work with DSLR cameras... tall with lens on 
and facing down.  Makes no sense to me, but then again, I use a Leica!

I find most bags too tall for M lenses, OK if you stack them two up but I 
prefer not to....
