And the way that I made the Monochrom number L2***** is not working in 
reverse for L1*** on the M9 :-(

I am doing a few tests and swapped a Monochrom formatted card into the M9. 
My Monochrom is set to number L2***** and creates a 200LEICA folder. If I 
put an M9 formatted card in (100LEICA folder) it creates its own folder and 
continues numbering. I have just put a Monochrom formatted card into the M9, 
the M9 continue the L2**** numbering in the 200LEICA folder....
