Hi Luggers,
Esther and I drove back from Calgary at a leisurely pace and stopped every
time the view captured our attention and I hopped out, set up the tripod and
the pano gear and made panos.
I used the 21 - 35 Elmar for most of them on the newly acquired D800 E, of
course.

Here is Esther's picture of me channeling Ansel, taken with the Fuji X100,
at Lake Louise

And here is a second view of the artist at work this time at Moraine Lake
and the Valley of the 10 peaks.

A nearby visitor was overheard to exclaim "look at the weird old guy - he
looks like Ansel Adams - I need to take a picture of him!"
And he did and went on his way.

This is a 4 panel pano of Castle Mountain aka as Mount Eisenhower. It is, I
think my favourite mountain in the Rockies.
I remember driving by it in 1955 with my Dad. It hasn't changed much but I
sure have.
The 21 - 35 Elmar on the D800 E. The original is 18,610 X 6,885 pixels and
would print up to 62" X 23" at 300 dpi.

the 21 -35 Elmar and the D800E.
