Subject: [Leica] Licensing a single image for a documentary film

Someone is inquiring about licensing one of my images for a documentary
film about a spiritual person's life. The image is not directly related but
serve in a segment about the triumph of human spirit. It will be shown for
~15 seconds.

The right would be for all manner of distribution of the film (DVD,
theater, etc.) worldwide, in perpetuity. No other uses is negotiated.

I would request that my copyright be acknowledged some where, not sure
whether it's possible on the film image itself.

If someone has some idea about pricing, please email me off-list.

I am sure they would want it as low as possible :-)
