I have one computer on XP and one on Windows 7. Tried it with Vuescan and
Silverfast and Nikon Scan. Nothing recognizes the scanner. I've never had
this problem before and think it must be a connection problem even though
I've tried several cables and cleaned the port. It has worked perfectly up
until yesterday when it started acting erratically and changing the
scanning parameters. I've printed a label to send it back to Nikon. Hope
this is not the end of my scanner!! I'm setting up the slide duplicator
just in case.

Thanks,

Tina
