They can not find you on a world wide basis even if they could find the
images.
They can not find the images, given the number of WWW users nor the number
of newspapers, etc involved.
They cannot defend against the taking nor "publishing" of  Cell Phones
images and their propagation.

Back to the top line.....

Threats, defenseless, unenforceable, and without ability to carry through.
