Thanks for looking and commenting on my photo, and I am glad it amused you 
because when I saw the bicycle it amused me too. I am however a lttle 
confused by your statement 'While we could only speculate about the reality 
of this photo' as I can assure you that the bicycle is exactly as I 
photographed it in the street, and there were a number of others at various 
locations.
