Hi Scott,
I don't know if it is the Gandy adapter. Mine was labelled Made in China and 
I bought it from Shogun Camera in Lock Road, Tsim Sha Tsui for HK$700 
(US$90).
Gandy's adapters are mostly made in Japan, I think.
