Once again supplied with a 5 page Photographer's Supplement explaining all the photographer's details about how the photographs were taken. SUPPLEMENT SAMPLE: The implied or passive action in some Photos is subtle. This requires the photographer to be observant of the motion, even though at a moment of respite, the action is there and will make the photograph effective. It isn't the obvious action of a football game, nevertheless it is implied action and will give life to the image. Photo 95, the passive action of the hand on the eyeglasses indicates an action of steadying during a moment of concentration. That simple suspended action of the hand to the glasses was the motivation to expose the film. Other photos illustrating passive action: 79, 95, 117, 125,141, 153, 173, and 185.
