I would go along with what Jim says.

There is most certainly an optical viewfinder with a brightline and variable 
info depending on what you want. This is switchable from the menu. The 
viewfinder changes angle of view depending on lens fitted and the brightline 
even changes colour depending on the contrast of the view.

The size is within millimetres of the M9, and, whilst the weight is lighter, 
the camera is certainly solid and built from a solid chunk of aluminium.
