Elements is most basic.  No effective catalog/locating features.
LR is much better for cataloging, locating and overall image    correction

CS would be the best for image correction, but I do not know how good it is
comparatively for catlogging.

For photo editing  one can choose from Lightroom, Photoshop CS or Photoshop
Elements 10.

Any suggestion on which one to get for basic photo editing?
