Subject: [Leica] M9 firmware update

Before you update the firmware, take a photo on an SD card and keep
that card aside for after the update.
Do the update with a separate card.
Place the card that you took the last photo on, in the camera then take
another photo. The numbering will be sequential then and you'll start
again where you left off.
