I wan not following this discussion.... so please excuse a question that may 
already have been asked...

SO what happens to the images in a dSLR that "leaks" IR onto the sensor?  
Does the image degrade in some way?

IR is not 100%
>> filtered with the M9 which I guess is actually the case with most (all?)
