I suppose it's how I've been indoctrinated by film . . . but I wanted 
something wide here. My eyes dart side to side to push beyond the square 
format of the image, so much so that the constraint really seized me right 
from the start. I wanted, no, needed to follow the clouds to the right.

I don't often have this reaction but since it was so strong I thought it 
worth-while sharing.
