Hi Philip,

A keeper forever!!!!!  That's after you crop that distracting bit of railing 
on the left side. Just barely enough to get it out and that is all.

However, if you are very skilled in Photoshop you might just drag the black 
of the water over it and wipe it out!
But I'd get rid of it for sure! It will create a stronger photograph! 
Other's might disagree! That's their problem!
Trust me, do it! :-) :-)
