Seems odd, there are three camera dealers in Wellington (NZ, 150K people) 
each with one in the window....

Anyone with an X100 can try explaining how BH and Adorama have them back 
ordered but if you go to Amazon.com and are willing to pay $200 more you can 
get one ?  Are these gray market cameras?  Crutchfield says they don't sell 
gray market but I just find it hard to believe that two of the biggest NYC 
firms don't have them in.  Any insight?
