Subject: [Leica] 3 new 24MP Sony cameras, none full frame

As expected, the march to "full frame 35mm" sensor is not happening.

Instead, companies are designing cameras that match sensors to lens that
provide the best combination of price and performance.

As Pentax may be no more, it'd be interesting to see how well these new Sony
will perform.

p.s. my "The Garcia Moment" photos were taken on a 3 year old 4/3 camera,
the Olympus E-3. There are over a thousand views (Chris is a popular guy :-)
) and no one has said, "gee, too bad it's taken on a half-half sized sensor"
:-)
