Reminds me of the experience I had recently with this Amazon marketplace
trader?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/seller/feedback.html?ie=UTF8&isAmazonFulfilled=0&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&isCBA=&orderID=202-9694959-0116351&asin=&marketplaceSeller=0&seller=APWY8158QP8OO&isPopup=

I didn't notice the feedback when I placed the order. Needless to say my
goods never arrived and I'm currently pursuing a claim with Amazon to get my
money back. It's the first time I've had a problem with an Amazon purchase.
