;-) I suspect that they are to lead people from the CBD on the footpath to
the botanical garden (through the old cemetery), it is a rather attractive
walk to work on a good day

man that pink and red on the blue-gray background is so intense that if you
stare at it for 30 or 40 seconds it will leave an after image
