In the case of the still we have an amazing slice of time from a "photographer" on the street and in the video we have (what I suspect is) a "citizen witness" looking on from a distance well behind and above the action. Which has more PJ value? more "truth" telling content? We're reading news"papers" on iPads (or other computers) wherein the front page "photos" are actually 45 second videos. How does this impact "photo journalism?"
