Subject: [Leica] Double Hot Shoe Adapter: What's It Called?

I have it in mind someone makes an adapter that fits in a hot shoe to allow
2 devices to be used, one 'hot' (say, a Pocket Wizard) and one 'cold' (say,
a viewfinder) but I've been doing some online shopping and can't find it.

It may be that I am looking for it under the wrong description.

Or maybe I'm hallucinating again....

Any thoughts?
