PESO:

One of our Golden Comet hens has been broody for about a month, sitting
faithfully on her eggs 24 hours a day, but, evidently Rooster Cogburn is not
doing his job. Her eggs never hatched. So I went to the farmers' supply
and bought 6 chicks that we slipped under the hen at night. She accepted
them right away and is so proud of herself:

under her wings and clucks softly to them. I love chickens!
