Subject: [Leica] tripod head suggestions

I'm looking for a pan/tilt (only) tripod head.  I don't want additional 
degrees of motion.  Should be sturdy and tilt at least 90 degrees; a 
built-in ARCA-style QR clamp is a plus.  Your suggestions and rummaging 
through your junk drawer are welcome.
