around a bit and see what gives!  ;-)

re: "Tiger Eye"

immediate impression = a compelling image
next = the dead centered circle locks down my attention
like a bull's eye target.

cropping off left and bottom
(putting the nose in the bottom left corner)
with just a little air around it
creates a composition
which allows the eye to move about
while maintaining the eye as subject;
yet allowing it to play well with curves and colors
of the fur highlight and ear details.
