[Leica] Let the building begin

Its taken over 2 years, but finally the tiny block in Hope St. Sth. Yarra
is clear and the new building can being. 3 oly images stitched together to
give you an idea of the size and place. We bought this spot 2 years ago
and it was a wreck (I may post some of those images later). Pull in down
and rebuild sounded easy, but nothing is easy in Sth. Yarra especially if
one neighbor is a lawyer (well "knows his rights").

The plan is to have a central bolt hole in Melbourne and to continue to
live in the rural city of Ballarat. This is what we have to work with ;-)
