Had the same thing happen to my M8 with a specific Kingston 4GB card..... (
I number my cards to keep them in order, and just in case this kind of thing
happens...)

My conclusion?  The card is no longer reliable..... and I don't care
why..... it just ... is.

I was going to throw it out, but decided to ask for an RMA.... I sent it to
Kingston ( about 20 miles from the house)  to see if my $1.11 in postage
would get me a new one.....

We'll see.....at worst case, I can get a new card for about $10.....

Electronics are like that, sometimes they just stop working like they
should.
