The effect the S2 has on the professional and for that matter amateur
photographic world may easily be unexpected. It may be big. There may be
ramifications unknown to mortal men.
I've just seen what happens to people when the camera is handed to them.
Its like they've just been handed a heat seeking ground to air and there is
a menacing helicopter coming up overhead. They get a gleam in their eye.
There may have been one in mine.

Just in the last week both Fujiblad and that other one just avouched new
camera body's with jacked up specs apparently in retaliation to the S2.
The Fujiblad is said to be made much faster.
And with jacked up Megapixels which nobody needs.
